To make everything larger, including images and apps, choose an option from the drop-down menu under Make everything bigger. Select the folder where the font is located. The fonts will appear; select the desired font that is titled TrueType and click on OK. Click Start and choose restart the computer. Each Microsoft update changes the normal to appear bold. Every update, official documents I print out for a public utility get returned, and must be corrected before being accepted.
